Shirin Sehgal is the Chief People officer in PWC India, comes with 20 years + of Human Capital experience in Business Management and Transformation roles. She has worked in Managed services, Financial Services, Management Consulting, FMCG and Technology firms.
Worked with brands like – Genpact, NatWest ( RBS), Deloitte Consulting , Moody’s.
She has looked after various organization charters ranging from Setting up businesses, divestment, change management for M&A and integrating workforces, Transformations/ Org Design Change and digitization projects.
Managing large workforce organisations and running people and P&P impacting interventions to match the dynamic Industry changes is her core strength. After her Graduation from Delhi University in Philosophy Hons, She completed her Masters from Amity Noida. She is Hogan Certified Master and also worked as a strong volunteer with network firms during COVID.
Working across the spectrum from FMCG to Tech, Risk, Banking, and now professional services Shirin continues to work with C Suite council stakeholders as direct clients and accordingly Influence and advise on HR solutions. She believes in executing strategy and leading the HR function based on providing end to end value proposition for a business. She likes to maintain the balance of life and leisure. She invests an equal amount of time when she is not working in doing things she likes, which is to spend time with family, travel, and be a good host to friends.
She lives in Gurgaon with her son and husband.
