She has an MBA degree from IMT Ghaziabad and working in the field of Human Resources over the last 17+ years .Prior to joining Uber, she has been part of global technology organisations such as Dell, Wipro and Cisco.

Over the years of supporting global teams in large scale multinational organisations in HR Business Partnering roles, she has built expertise in organisation design, change management , leadership & talent development and is also a Design thinking practitioner.
