She is a Coach & has vast experience in Learning & Leadership development, Culture Transformations , Development centers, Competency Mapping, Career progression frameworks and Creating Disruption in Learning for Modern Day Learners, for building organizational agility.
In L&T Technology Service, Sonal’s role is to Lead leadership and people capability across levels to support organizational effectiveness and business rigor. Her key role is to build the talent capital in alignment with the organization’s strategic intent. She heads two functions : Organisation Development which works along with the CEO & CXO’s to build a Leadership pipeline, Succession Planning and Culture and Organisation Effectiveness, which is responsible for strategizing Learning & Development needs for the organization to ensure capability building & organisation Effectiveness. She also heads the Diversity & Inclusion Portfolio for the organisation .
