He has 20+ years of experience with global companies such as WNS, Bank of America and SITEL, in various HR leadership roles.

At WNS, he was HR Head for BFSI, Healthcare and Consulting services, prior to that – HR Head for the Philippines and earlier for Travel Vertical, leading their overall Talent strategy.

He has done diverse roles in his earlier roles in Business HR, HR Transitions and Recruitment and Bank of America Continuum and SITEL.
