Amit is currently leading HR function at SBI Funds Management Pvt Ltd and playing a key role in shaping the employee experiences to build an employer of choice. Amit comes with extensive experience in building HR transformation journeys, Change Management, Talent Management, HR Digital delivery, Capability Building and Engagement. He is passionate about bringing focus on “culture” and philosophy of “service first” HR delivery.

In his experience of more than 16 years, he has handled HR leadership roles across areas in Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity and Information Technology. Prior to SBI Funds Management, Amit was Director & Business HR Head at IDFC Bank. At IDFC for close to 11 years, he led HR transformation for IDFC Asset Management & IDFC Securities and also contributed to IDFC’s transition to IDFC Bank. He has also had stints with TCS and Blue Star Infotech in early stages of his career. Amit is PGDBA from ICFAI, Mumbai.
