Fara Siddiqi has over 20 years of multi-national experience in strategic human resources, talent
acquisition and retention, performance development and succession planning, leadership development
and driving organizational transformation. She has a great track record of building influential
partnerships with business lines and key stakeholders while developing high performance teams.
She has experience working in various sectors beyond Healthcare including Education, Financial
Services, Business Services, Retail and Telecommunications in the US, MENA and Asia. She is the Group
Chief HR Officer with Aster DM Healthcare and played an instrumental role on becoming a more people
centric organization with the recent IPO listing.
She has a BA Degree from Purdue University and has completed the HR Management Professional
Development Program at Rice University.  Fara also is a member of Women’s Angel Investor Network
(WAIN) which helps women entrepreneurs in the Middle East with their startups. She is also certified as
a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is Design for Six Sigma certified.
