She has developed a Global perspective and cross-cultural competence through her experiences and has strong networking and relationship management skills. She nurtures an excellent connection with Leadership and people across levels and organisations.

She has earlier worked at EY, driving strategic and innovative People Strategy.

She later started her entrepreneurial journey and founded People Matrix – an HR consulting firm committed to leveraging ‘People’ assets to organizations success and creating a winning proposition for business and people.

Currently, she is the Chief People Officer at RenewBuy, an insurtech player which brings insurance and financial products to end consumers through its large distribution model.

She has a BE in Electronics and Comm and an MBA in HR & Finance.
