Created a technology enabled playbook for Sterlite Power, which enabled it to win significant number of auctions in Brazil, complete tough projects in sub-zero conditions in Jammu & Kashmir six months before schedule, and complete first transmission project in Brazil 28 months before schedule.

Has created and mentored winning teams and built numerous successful businesses over last 30 years for Sterlite Power, SunEdison, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (DMRC), Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL), Nagpur Metro Rail Company (NMRC) Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) and Indian Railways.

Credited with many firsts - setting up the first of its kind $2.5 bn power transmission development operation in Brazil and the first public listed InVIT (Infrastructure Investment Trust) for Sterlite Power, acquisition of the first large scale utility Solar Park (500 MW) business for SunEdison, setting up the first phase of Delhi Metro as part of core leadership team, developing a unique Social Marketplace led Business Model for Kochi Metro.
