Swati heads the Human Resources function for R1, and is also a part of the R1 India Board. With more than 20 years of experience she has proven success in identifying innovative, global and regional solutions to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, compensation programs, performance management and HR operational excellence activities across sectors (Healthcare, Banking, Analytics, Telecom and IT). She has been associated with R1 for over 4 years now and leads the entire gamut of HR services for the India location.
