He has 17 years varied experience in Talent Acquisition operations, governance and HR technology. Vikas is responsible for global technology implementation in Talent Supply Chain, HR processes and automation enablement for HCL. His current role involves managing employee life cycle and talent supply chain HR applications and technology implementation, this includes both off the shelf products & in house product design and implementation. Vikas has distinction of designing an award winning Enterprise Social Network for HCL i.e HCL MEME, anchored various Global Implementation of HR tech products which are recognized at various industry Awards/Forums.
