Pradeep has experience with leading many key initiatives related to Mergers & Acquisition, Organisation Restructuring and Job Evaluation, among others. His learning journey has been filled with rich experience from Consulting, IT & Software as well as Engineering companies such as Cognizant Technologies, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Siemens that has helped him acquire knowledge and shape his thoughts on Human Resources function.

Pradeep currently works in the capacity of heading HR function at Dassault Systemes for its R&D and Services facilities in India.
