Abhay is responsible for leading the People strategy for IKS Health globally. He plays an instrumental role in cultivating a high-performance culture by ensuring alignment between talent initiatives and business objectives. 

With over three decades of experience in human capital management, Abhay has successfully led numerous large-scale organizational and leadership transformations, consistently driving significant impact and growth.

He holds a Master’s degree in History from Delhi University, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
