With over 20+ years of experience, Anil has managed diverse portfolios in Financial Services, Hospitality, Concept Sales in reputed brands like Taj Group, Aviva Insurance, 24/7.ai and WNS. Joined Sutherland in 2009, Anil has managed large client engagements in Technology, Mortgage and Insurance. Has led Integration efforts for Sutherland’s key acquisitions.

In 2015, Anil was appointed as the Head of HR for India, elevated to the role of Head of HR APAC in 2019 and then promoted to handle global HR operations delivery in 2022, responsible for over 45000 employees globally. 

Anil holds a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and Master’s in Information Systems and another Master’s program in Human Resources from Narsee Monjee Institute, Mumbai.
