Anuradha (Anu) is a member of the Management Committee of HUL as Executive Director HR and Vice President HR, Unilever South Asia. She is also a member of the Unilever Global HR Leadership Team.

She passed out of XLRI in 1999 and joined Hindustan Unilever Ltd. as a Management Trainee. Anu spent the first 14 years of her career in HUL, after which she worked at Unilever’s headquarters in London for six years, as Executive Assistant to the former CHRO, and as Vice President HR, Home Care, where she shaped the organisational and cultural transformation of the business globally. She has strong M&A experience and has also led the Global Talent Attraction and Employer Brand agenda for Unilever.

Her purpose is to spark magic between people, passion, and opportunity – for the benefit of the business, of society and for us all. Anu is really passionate about leadership development and is a strong voice advocating for more inclusive businesses and communities.

Anu is the Co-Chair of the FICCI HR Committee and the Chairperson of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Bombay Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is a Board member of NHRDN India, a member of the CII National Committee for HR and Leadership and sits on the UNICEF, South Asia Youth Skills Regional Steering Committee. She was recognized among India’s Most Powerful Women in Business by Business Today in 2020.

She is married to Harsha who is in a Consulting career and has a 11-year-old son Rishi. As a family they love to travel & discover new places and cultures. Anuradha’s other interests include reading, and she follows tennis passionately.
