A corporate mystic whose footprints have traced his two – decade long professional journey across India from his diverse experience in selling Brooke Bond Lipton Tea in remote villages, setting up the HNI division of the largest insurance company, heading P&L of an IT consulting firm, to driving corporate segment sales for a large MNC bank to heading HR, CSR, and D & I of large MNCs. This unique experience positions him as a futurist with a macro perspective to deliver projects amidst change, challenge, or ambiguity at any scale.

He is known for his signature approach to co-create ‘new synergies’ between people and places in any project through his human-centred value propositions and rearchitecting the workplace culture.

An evangelist, advocate, and active voice in reimagining the future of workplace for almost a decade, he actively shapes the industry mindset in S.E Asia & India.

Currently he works as Chief People Officer of Savills in India.
