He has worked with organizations like PwC, Hewitt Associates, Schneider Electric, Mercer, KPMG and most recently as the Managing Director at Center for Creative Leadership – India and South Asia. Currently Muniinder is the Principal Advisor for SHRM in India, APAC & MENA.

Muniinder also held the position of Joint Secretary for the Delhi & NCR Chapter of The National HRD Network (NHRDN) and Council Member of Young Mind’s Council, Member Forbes Human Resources Council and Advisory Board Member at XLRI Center for Gender Equality and Inclusive Leadership (CGEIL), Authored several articles on leadership and a regular speaker at industry conferences to share his lessons of experiences.
