With over 25 years of experience in business and human resources consulting, Muninder is a lifelong learner who has catapulted a multitude of global firms and leaders to the pinnacles of commercial success.

From PwC, Aon Hewitt, and Schneider through Mercer, KPMG, and now CCL, Muninder’s forte has always been qualitative, future-first expansion. As Director, Management Consulting at KPMG, he led team and re-energized the business with People in Change, playing a crucial role, along the way, in enabling nearly 5000 leaders in IOCL. Before that, he spearheaded the HR Shared Services Center for India and South Asia at Schneider Electric, where he ensured that workers' interests were aligned with their jobs and the company's future plans. He was named All Rounder of the Year at Hewitt's Annual Recognition Program for his work as the Business Technology Leader, Talent & Organization Analytics Consulting, Asia Pacific, responsible as he was, in this position, for managing all aspects of the business, including clients, operations, employees, and technology. Muniinder has consistently pushed for improved experiences, streamlined processes, and strengthened client engagements across a wide range of industries by emphasizing relationships, teamwork, and that unbeatable "we" mantra.

Current Role

Muniinder K Anand, C.A, ICWA, MBA, is Managing Director – India, South Asia and Global Support Center for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a top-ranked, global, nonprofit provider of leadership development (www.ccl.org).

Nation building was the dawn on this horizon, for which he metamorphosed leadership from a solution to arrive at to an integral function of every organization. Correspondingly, his brand of leadership is all about creating relationships and offering a credible brand of service that people begin to see as a part of themselves rather than a separate entity. Repeatedly accomplishing this vision both inside and outside organizations, he has in the span of his career helped nearly 10,000+ leaders achieve similar success.

Presented with many opportunities in Consulting in the areas of Leadership Development, Organization Transformation, and Talent Management, his approach tackles "People Problems" to enhance productivity and engagement for the organizations he has touched.

Educational Background

Muniinder graduated in his Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University and a member of Cost and Work Accountants of India (ICWAI) and an Intermediate – Company Secretary.
