His areas of experience include Board and CXO management, HR Strategy, Corporate HR, Plant HR & L&D across diverse Industries.

A Postgraduate in PM & IR from XISS, Ranchi. Currently pursuing PhD from IILM Gurgaon

Mussarat was a Past Member of the CII Regional Committee on HR & IR ( Northern Region ), CII Regional Committee on Skill Development & Livelihood. He has led CII HR Excellence Assessment in companies like Tata Capital, Hindustan Zinc, Infosys, Bharat Petroleum, Aegis Ltd & Hansen Drives Ltd etc. Mussarat is a TEDx Speaker, Hon Vice President – NHRDN(Delhi NCR Chapter) 2021-23, and Hon.
