Gianni Giacomelli serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Genpact. After completing a Master's degree in Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Aadesh joined Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) which helped create a strong platform in the Indian telecom sector, and helped seed the telecom revolution. He started as an executive assistant to Sam Pitroda and later performed roles in Human Resources and Partner Program.

Over the last 20 years, Aadesh has been an active volunteer in a variety of roles. These include industry associations like Confederation of Indian Industry, National Association of Software Companies, and National HRD Network and involved in various roles including Task Forces. He has also served on the Boards/Advisory Boards of several educational institutes including Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology, Delhi School of Economics (MHROD) and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. He is a member of the Advisory Board of World Forum for Ethics in Business that's headquartered in Brussels.

Aadesh has a passion for community service and has been an active volunteer with The Art of Living since 2000. He has been involved in several community projects, served in several administrative capacities, and organized large events attended by more than 100,000 people. As a Trustee of Sri Sri Ayurveda from 2012 to 2017, he was keenly involved in the propagation of Aryuveda as wholistic life style system as well as for medical purposes. He is also an International Teacher of the Happiness Program of Art of Living that includes Yoga. He was the Co-chairperson of the Global Leadership Forum, an international conference held in Delhi in 2016 which had 3500 delegates and 100+ speakers including 35 Heads of State (present and former).

Rajesh Rai is Vice President – People Team and Head of Human Resources for GlobalLogic in India. Rajesh is responsible for spearheading the company’s HR transformation, Learning & Development, Change Management and D&I & Sustainability initiatives for India.

With over two decades of experience in the HR industry, Rajesh has extensive experience of working with global business & HR teams across multiple cross-cultural border teams effectively. Rajesh will help GlobalLogic build new frontiers that will bolster the company’s vision in building a ‘humans and people first’ culture, drive employee experience, nurture diversity and inclusion, and transform the employees’ and company’s growth journey.

Rajesh has worked with various leading global organizations such as Eicher Motors, Expedia, United Colors of Benetton, Adobe Systems, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen. Rajesh joined GlobalLogic this year and was previously associated with Accenture as Head of HR for their Consulting business in India, along with India Corporate Functions. He enabled HR interventions & strategies for a huge workforce, that focused on crafting industry leading HR practices, commissioning large-scale transformational change and redefining employee experience through Human Capital strategies, Culture, Performance Achievement, Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion.

Rajesh holds a Bachelors and Masters in Chemistry from Delhi University and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a GALLUP Strengths Coach and loves coaching teams and individuals for leveraging & applying their strengths. Rajesh loves to travel & experience local cultures. He also loves Yoga, meditation, painting, sketching, music, soccer and is an avid reader.

Sampada Inamdar is an ICF Certified Executive Coach. Along with this, she is also a Certified OD Practitioner & Psychometrician. Overall, she has over 25 years of experience, and is currently working as the VP & Chief Learning Officer at Anand Group India. With a certification in Design Thinking, and a thorough experience in facilitative programs across organizations, cultures and levels, she currently leads the Corporate University into talent development interventions for driving organizational effectiveness. Sampada develops and drives leadership development strategy at all levels of the hierarchy to enable growth strategy and culture.

Being an Executive Coach for fast-track talent, she leads people and brings about transformative changes. Sampada also leads and managed various assessment practices related to leadership development, talent and succession planning. Along with this, she grooms talent pipelines across all hierarchies, for all 19 JVs, and transition and senior roles. She aims to establish and revamp competency development frameworks and interventions linking to career and succession planning, and aligns long duration skill development interventions for work focre across junior, mid and senir management and shopfloor employees.

She steers many facilitative long duration programs across the organization locations and levels via via techno-structural interventions for HR processes, policies, Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard and Compensation systems. She has designed and institutionalized creative approaches to long duration leadership interventions for grooming business leaders and technocrats via Indian and International Interventions.

She is a Balanced Scorecard Professional and has trained in Position Evaluations by Mercers India as well as Business Process Re-engineering.
