As Vice President of Information Technology at USPS, she oversaw the organizational restructuring and evolution to Enterprise Architecture frameworks that embrace Cloud/Edge, Event Streaming, DevSecOps, Machine Learning, and AI models to drive its strategic goals for industry-leading customer experience, team collaboration, and performance. Pritha broke through silos and significantly boosted cross-organization collaboration through the introduction of future of work platforms, a multi-cloud environment, and modern collaboration tools, as well as stewarded a new focus on highly-skilled technologists from IT generalists.

Prior to that, as Vice President of Mail Entry and Payment Technology, she transformed the USPS business enterprise and mailing industry. Pritha oversaw widescale product and service innovations for end-to-end customer visibility and evolution to a modern mail supply chain, including electronic manifests, verification, and payment systems contributing to an annual of more than $40B revenue, $200M savings, more than $100M short paid revenue capture, and boosting customer satisfaction from a low 70% to 96%.

Pritha has been honored with numerous awards, including recognition for superior achievement and the Postmaster General Award., as well as being named a Top Boss in IT by Fedscoop in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University. Gianni Giacomelli serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Genpact. In this role, he drives and sponsors Genpact’s strategic initiatives aimed at sustaining clients’ transformation as digitally enabled companies. These initiatives include design-driven digital transformation initiatives and methods that take into account the human and organizational side of technological change.

He also plays a leading innovation role in Genpact’s initiative with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to establish a Collective Intelligence Design Lab aimed at exploring and designing combined people-machine groups that are able to generate radical innovation. Mr. Giacomelli is widely published and quoted, and is a frequent speaker at trade conferences. He was also the Chief Ethics Officer at Hughes Software Systems and a Member of the Global Compliance Committee, and played a key role in developing the culture, which became one of biggest strengths of the company. After completing a Master's degree in Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Aadesh joined Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) which helped create a strong platform in the Indian telecom sector, and helped seed the telecom revolution. He started as an executive assistant to Sam Pitroda and later performed roles in Human Resources and Partner Program.

Over the last 20 years, Aadesh has been an active volunteer in a variety of roles. These include industry associations like Confederation of Indian Industry, National Association of Software Companies, and National HRD Network and involved in various roles including Task Forces. He has also served on the Boards/Advisory Boards of several educational institutes including Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology, Delhi School of Economics (MHROD) and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. Sampada Inamdar is an ICF Certified Executive Coach. Along with this, she is also a Certified OD Practitioner & Psychometrician. Overall, she has over 25 years of experience, and is currently working as the VP & Chief Learning Officer at Anand Group India. With a certification in Design Thinking, and a thorough experience in facilitative programs across organizations, cultures and levels, she currently leads the Corporate University into talent development interventions for driving organizational effectiveness. Sampada develops and drives leadership development strategy at all levels of the hierarchy to enable growth strategy and culture.

Being an Executive Coach for fast-track talent, she leads people and brings about transformative changes. Sampada also leads and managed various assessment practices related to leadership development, talent and succession planning. Along with this, she grooms talent pipelines across all hierarchies, for all 19 JVs, and transition and senior roles. She aims to establish and revamp competency development frameworks and interventions linking to career and succession planning, and aligns long duration skill development interventions for work focre across junior, mid and senir management and shopfloor employees.

She steers many facilitative long duration programs across the organization locations and levels via via techno-structural interventions for HR processes, policies, Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard and Compensation systems. She has designed and institutionalized creative approaches to long duration leadership interventions for grooming business leaders and technocrats via Indian and International Interventions.

Sampada specializes in Organization Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Facilitating Change, Organization Restructuring, Employee Engagement, Career & Succession Mapping, Research and Analytics and Psychometrics. She is a Balanced Scorecard Professional and has trained in Position Evaluations by Mercers India as well as Business Process Re-engineering.
